Andy and Brooklyn take Manhattan

Gramercy Park just got a lot more exciting with Real Estalker reporting that the future Mr. and Mrs. Andy Roddick have purchased a tiny 1-bed 1-bath loft in the neighborhood. (Well, it’s technically under Andy’s name, but we’re not going to split hairs.)
The pad on East 22nd Street, listed at a little under $1.2 million, is a converted brewery.
